ARTICLE 1: AGREEMENT
The parties hereto agree as follows:
(A) The Company agrees to recognize the Union
as the sole bargaining agency of the employees working in the
Nanaimo Foundry and Engineering Works Ltd., Chemainus, British
Columbia.
(B) The Company further agrees not to
discharge or refuse work to the employees on account of their
Union affiliation.
