For the Machinist Union two dollars and
twenty-one cents ($2.21) per hour and for the Boilmakers Union
two dollars and twenty-four cents ($2.24) per hour will be
remitted by the Company to the Union's respective Pension
Plans in care of D.A. Townley & Associates by the
fifteenth (15th) of the month following the month in which the
payments are earned. Pension contributions for labourers shall
be one dollar and eighty-three cents ($1.83) per hour for
those hired prior to April 1, 2003 and one dollar and
seventy-seven cents ($1.77) per hour for those hired after
April 1, 2003 regardless of which Union they belong to.
Pension Contributions will be at 1 1/2X or
2X, whichever is applicable when working overtime.
When Labourers are hired they will
alternate which Union they join.
