Some of the information in the Group Insurance Plan Booklet may have expired. As changes are under way for the expired information, only the most recent approved version of Group Insurance Plan Booklet is shown. Once changes are concluded, the pages in the booklet will be updated to show the latest versions.
Below are changes that are not in the current booklet:
1. On page 24 under Benefit Summary. The Paramedical Services section has been updated from $300 per Profession to $1,500 combined until Dec 31, 2008 and $3,000 combined after Jan 01, 2009.
2. The $100 deductible on EHB will be removed and the drug card added. Prescription Drugs are reimbursed at 80% and all other non-drug EHB items are reimbursed at 100%.
3. Laser Eye Surgery is an eligible item under the Vision Care entitlement.
