Eligibility and Enrolment
Below is an overview of the Plan’s key eligibility provisions and enrolment process. For complete details, please refer to the Eligibility section of the Pension Plan booklet or contact the Administrator.
Establishing Membership in the Plan
If you are working under the terms of a collective agreement between a Participating Employer and the Union, you will automatically participate in the Plan.
How to Enrol in the Plan
Use the Pension Enrolment Card and Beneficiary Designation form to enrol in the Pension Plan and to select your beneficiaries.
Questions on completing the form can be directed to the Administrator.
Completed forms should be forwarded to the Administrator.
Once you are a Member of the Plan, all changes to Member information or beneficiaries should also be made by completing this form in full.
